Landlord flats are also being sold by builder in complete white transactions. Doing this will increase registration charges, GST, etc. Here, the Govt market value is not more than 2500 per sft. Paying more than this in white is an unnecessary burden on the buyer.

the maximum price should be 60-70 lacs for a 3 BHK....for 3.5 crore your family of 4 will get a green card by mail in 15 months!

Just Think about a sheep who spent 2cr on a flat , and got 30 to 40 UDS space ... Considering even 1 lakh per sq. Yard = 35 lakhs will be the land price , what u r spending another 1.75cr for ??? Just for asbestos diving wall of sheets of ur flats ??? .... There are people living happily in North kompally , South adibatla , tukkuguda , developing kongarkalan , and east ghatlesar in peace and greenery where flat prices here are not more than 50 to 60lakhs .... And buy a super luxury car for 15 lakhs and travel to work using ORR ... Still left with 1cr 50 lakhs to spend for his life
