To remember anything you have to repeat it to sustain new connections, that why I watch videos several times to remember them.

When you do that you are indeed not repeating the same thing but experiencing the information in another way, a new way of approaching the information... This a way where you are more prepared to greet the information and store what is relevant to you. Your attentional field will be completely different from the one you experienced the first time!

@ It's like a path you cut through the brush. The more times you walk on that path, the more it is defined, yes? And then the "way" to your "destination" gets easier each time. Would you say this is a good analogy?

@@longlifeenergy yes, it could be a good analogy if you think of your path as being organic, and therefore always modifying itself according to new experiences!

I was reading his book "electric brain." I was wondering if electroencephelogram with neurofeedback to correct psychiatric problems is legit or if it's pseudoscience. Any professional opinions?
