a work of art, a work of beauty and a work of genius. I don't believe there will ever be an original workpiece that will surpass this on any of the above points.

Very well built and thought out box. I would have never known of this masterpiece if I hadn't seen it on the New Yankee Workshop

Told us very little about the box the tools or the man, but he shared his opinion and experience with the box well.

Who is Adam Swarvy? I'm just kidding. This is a really cool tool box. I can definitely see the influence on Adam's box.

Beautiful. But it’s sad to see it behind glass. This work of art should be fully examined & admired.

The toes of the satanic statue of jupiter at the Vatican, (they claim its a statue of Peter but it isn't), are being worn away becaue everyone touches it as they walk by, it's black marble. Imagine if everyone touches the tools, handled them with their greasy hands, dropped them, there'd be nothing left in a hundred years.

It is a museum piece. For the benefit of other people who appreciate this toolbox, it is behind glass for security reasons, and not for thieves to get their hands on it.

what does he call Studley? A sophisticated esthe?

The Studley tool chest is an example of the danger of reverence. Yes, it should be admired- but not revered. I have read the book (Virtuoso) because I am constructing my own chest. So I have paid particular attention to the construction and detail. It is a good, perhaps great, tool chest. But it is not perfect- far from it. Revering something means you understand less about it, not more.

This video was next to useless . Apart from extolling the virtues of a long ago craftsman as if he were God ,he wasn't,there was nothing much about "exploring " this tool chest.
