Good to see you back. I think the Bedford cab and front clip would look great on a later model truck chassis. You would get the benefit of later running gear, brakes and suspension with a cool looking body on top. The pre-war Dodge stuff is definitely worth saving too. Look forward to seeing more videos 👍

100% grab that NL Fairlane, that is a factory 5L car & should even have a 3.27:1 LSD rear end! The fact it’s a pre-AU one as well mean that diff is the perfect width for any 4-link Falcons from XE all the way to EL. That is the perfect driveline for something! Great video DJ 🙌

Definitely ZC, giveaways are door trims, white instrument cluster, type and location of badges, boot trim.Someone has fitted ZD tail lights to it.

Lots of guys restoring Bedford's in Aus Tazy New Zealand. Copperhead kustoms. Check him out. You need a flat back with a hiab pic them cars strait up. Pulling a trailer..you need a drone. Definitely ZD. Taillights have indicator on bottom, tail/ brake light on top, like XY. ( ZC has indicator in middle, like XW)

The Pre-War Dodge would date from around 1925. The gauges are much larger by the mid 30's, got a 35 myself. Body of mine was made by TJ Richards in SA

Did you notice the Galant had a XR Falcon grill , also that Fairlane is a ZC going by the boot lid trim , also grab that front bar with over riders are worth good coin

Seems to be a few SA plates in WA, (suspect). The Blue ZC/D , Fairlane 500 badged normally ment V8, power steering normally on V8's as well, and the badge on the rear side flank is ZC style, it had ZD tail lights and rear seats look ZD, but the boot trim and evidence of where a badge was on right side is ZC style, and door cards look ZC. The center console would have been a fold up down arm rest (center seat when i was a kid) that was common with column shifts, So that's what i can make of it. Oh and the front bumper with the over riders was a cool option.

Thats the Ghia grill. LTD grills are vertical bars only, no horizontal. That interior is the lower spec, but there still would have been woodgrain which has obviously been taken

Awesome video My favourite car you found was the Dodge Brothers as my dad had a 1928 dodge tourer that had the back end cut off as they did back in the day. He ended up turning it into what is called a C cab. Would love to get my hands on one to do a tribute for my dad.

That galant is interesting. The grill is wrong. Don’t know what it’s off but it doesn’t belong to that Galant. The taillights are definitely GC Galant. The front bumper ends look worth saving. At least the passenger side anyway ( good ones are like hens teeth)

XC still has good door handles The diff in the NF fairlane is probably LSD.. Z is the code for 5.0L V8 so its correct for the car.

Early 1920s vehicle. Should have a chassis number on either the front left or right chassis rail. There’s a lot of info online about them. Most interesting is that the bodies were often Holden bodies and shipped to Sydney from Holden in Adelaide
