This brings back memories. In 2004 we (hubby and self) emigrated from UK to the mountains of Catalunya. Hubby was killed in 2010 so I lived on my own for a further 5 years. Plumbed my own irrigation. Wired up solar panels, had inverter, batteries, generator. Fabulous lifestyle. Was self sufficient with hens and small goat herd. Amazing experience. This brought back wonderful memories, thanks Josh.

@@ExploringWithJosh Anytime! I'm an artist by hobby (drawing painting writing) and I get stuck at times. When I do it always helps to "go back to the basics". What I mean by that is going back to what started your passion in the first place, but keeping the new techniques you've learned with you. In any career we take, it can get mundane and it helps to force ourselves to shake it up a bit to refresh ourselves. Just keep at it. You're doing an awesome job!
