This is a reference tutorial mostly for my self, so I can remember the workflow when exporting a track from After Effects and import through a script into 3Ds Max.
Then use a Camera Map Per Pixel to setup and prepare for texture baking. Finally using Render -To-Texture to make a portion of my live footage stick to the object.
