Hey! I got to live in Hilo for 4 months! Have you seen my video about it, by chance? kzitem.info/news/bejne/k6qmynaGgmh7eI4 So on the surface, if you had a paid-off home, your living expenses would be much lower, but $1,500/mo on food is crazy! What are you eating at Jackie Rey's every night? haha jk. I hope you hit up the farmer's market regularly, because they have lots of good stuff!

Should Be $650 for property tax (City + County). I postponed paying my county tax until the next calendar year. Still very low though.

Wow car insurance for 232 a year? Who is your insurance company? Im paying over 2,200 a year with no accidents or tickets
@OnCashFlow

I think it was slightly more than that, but I used some of those Healthcare rewards cards to pay it down some. My provider is USAA. Would you think that a breakdown video on how I get some of my core expenses so low would be a good video?

@@OnCashFlow id love to find more ways to save money. It seems like the less money i actually spend the higher prices the necessary things get. Most of my necessities have increased by 25-50% since covid started my last gas bill was 130 when i used to pay less $40-$75 for years and years before covid started. To be honest i think it might be biden and his energy agenda causing my has and electricity bills to skyrocket. Then my water company is trying to repair all the pipes and update their systems witch caused my water bills to double

Why your auto insurance is so low of $230/year.

I only have liability coverage (Property Damage and Bodily Injury Liability). I am "self-insured" when it comes to the vehicle itself. I could pay for a new vehicle myself in the worst case scenario (assuming it's also not another party's fault and their insurance pays me out).

Just don't mess up ur early retirement with legal marriage and child support. That's the biggest expense.
