You bet. Always good to go over out LR techniques and processes.

Only aperture and shutter speed control exposure. ISO only amplifier of data captured by sensor.

Yep...I guess in lumping them all together I stretched the definition of exposure a bit. Thanks for the comment.

I just wondering, why did you here, at 13:57, you use Whites and here 14:07 Exposure? If it is intentionally then is important for us to understand it. The same is here 14:19, why did you use the blacks and not the shadows? 🤔🤔🤔

Good catch. I realized what I had done when I was editing the video. I thought I should have explained it but I couldn't make a smooth edit to include an explanation. Basically, you could use exposure or whites to make the change. As long as it is a small tweak. If a larger change is needed, I find exposure changes can bring in some gray tones. But using white doesn't do that as much. I guess the best advice is to try each method for clipped highlights and shadows. Exposure vs white, exposure vs highlights, exposure vs blacks or shadows to see what works best on the photo. It just depends what color and tone is surrounding the clipped area you are trying to correct. Thanks for bringing up the subject. I find if one person asks a question...there are others (who don't send in comments) that are wondering the same thing. I hope this explanation makes sense? Mick
