I wonder at the synchronicity of the Breathing the Body movement and its Alignment and the running verbal instructions. This must have entailed tremendous amount of practices disciplined beliefs commitment. This involves intimate knowledge of this machine of the Body and its Spirits,mind body and soul. What a Guru!!!

I like this video, its a good routine and you seem lovely but lets be honest because it's important to be realistic and not promote misinformation. Exercise and moving your body is important, and you should definitive do it for your health and well being. Labelling this as good for extreme weight loss is click bait and not true. If you watching this for weight loss, you can only loose weight if you are in calorie deficit. The contribution of exercise to fat/weight loss overestimated and should not be your main focus when exercising. Not hating, I will watch more videos, I just want to be reaslitc and honest with viewers.

Sira seems like a matter of opinion, I combine Hannah’s workouts with running and diet. Her gentle style allows me to keep going with that routine and reduces my stress (important for reducing cortisol). Have lost 10ish lbs (13 but think I’m a little dehydrated) in a month. Can see what you’re saying and can also see what she’s saying, I would view any more than 3-5lbs/month as extreme in which case it’s true for me. Am just reacting to the misinformation part of what you said, because this seems like an overstatement.

Hi Sira! I believe that fat/ weight loss exercises are necessary for some people for medical reasons, it’s not just about how you look, but also about your health. I always stated that exercises itself (any kind) never can be the only one thing for weight loss. You have to combine it with diet and lifestyle. For example, Fat excess may caught you back pain if you don’t have strong core muscles. So it’s actually healthy for some people to loose fat, and it can be a focus to the people who need it to be healthier. If the title could draw some “attention” to motivate them to be more healthy, I think it is appropriate. I myself don’t feel like it doesn’t match for the workout I uploaded, weight/fat loss is never a one day game changer, you have to be consistent. I appreciate and respect your thought and share.
