Eyelids Sagging Exercises & Massage to Get Bigger-Looking, More Youthful Eyes.
Helps tighten droopy eyelids and reduce wrinkles.
Your eyelids may start to droop due to various factors,
which include aging, long-term lifestyle habits and heredity.
Exercises can help to tone your eyelids,
making your eyes appear larger and more youthful.

Warm-up
Step 1
Blink 20 times.
Step 2
Close your eyes and open your eyes bigger.
Do 10 times.
Step 3
Massage the eyebrows starting from the head to the tail of the eyebrows 3 times.

Eyelid Muscles Exercises
Step 1
Use two fingers to push the eyelid up and close your eyes 5 seconds and then release.
Do this 5 times.
Step 2
Use your index finger to push the top eyelid up.
Thumb pressing under the lower eye.
Close your eyes for 5 seconds.
Do this 5 times.
Step 3
Use both fingers to touch the outer corner of the eye.
Blink 10 times.
Step 4
Use your index finger to press the outer corner of the eye.
The middle finger presses on the inner corner of the eye.
Close your eyes tightly for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times.
Step 5
Use your index finger to press the outer corner of the eye.
The middle finger presses on the inner corner of the eye.
Look up at the top for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times.
Step 6
Roll the eyes in a circle and back, doing 5 times.
Step 7
Roll the eyes according to the numbers 8, do 5 rounds.
Step 8
Close your eyes and open your eyes bigger and hold for 5 seconds.
Do this 5 times.

Eyelid Lift Massage
Step 1
Use both hands to massage the temples for 10 seconds.
Step 2
Use the palm to press on the eyebrows then bowed.
Push up and hold for 5 seconds.
Do this 5 times. Do the other side as well.
Step 3
Use the handle to lift the eyebrows.
Use your fingers to massage the eyelids to the lower eyelid.
Do this 5 times.
Pull and hold, then close your eyes 10 times.
then massage the area around the eyes.
Do the other side as well.
