A film directed, shot and edited by Judith Du Pasquier, produced by Les champs fermés for Techno+, between 2018 and 2021.
== Movie summary ==
At the heart of the techno cultural movement, the Techno+ association celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2020.
Its volunteers intervene in free parties to offer partygoers tools to reduce risks, in particular those related to drug use. They provide objective information on substances in circulation and how to consume them, they offer their help, their ability to listen and their know-how to users.
The film is articulated between the testimonies of members of the association and a few faithful companions, and the usual activities of volunteers throughout the country: interventions in free parties, meetings, assemblies, training sessions, scenes of daily life.
It tells how and why Techno + was conceived and evolves, as an autonomous community health response in the context of the "war on drugs" that has prevailed in France since 1970.
Multiple police, legal and legislative adventures punctuate the history of the association, but the film also and above all shows celebration, joy, utopia, work and collective intelligence, against winds and tides like the said a volunteer.
We discover a libertarian and hedonistic way of living, sharing, engaging, thinking and speaking without taboos. “Getting informed does not harm health”.
