@@sierracollins7187 it's a pain. Pretty sure it is easier to have it calibrated by an Auto electrician. They will attach a cable into a female jack that's in the back of the unit from memory. It's very small and like that of a computers. You will find it on the motherboard (green thing).....from memory. Or you are suppose to do a full rotation on the pin and keep adjusting....very annoying way

The swap its self may be the issue. I may be speaking out of the side of my face here. Are the gauges sweeps different between the two? Example think of a clock, if the distance between 10 and 2 on the f250 differed from 10 and 2 on the navi there will be an issue.

It wont 99 is a aircore motor not a stepper motor. You have to place with 14 volts on a bench and set the them. Then I always double check with a scan tool. The tach and speedo will be fine to set at the resting pins on bench power up. But others may require tweaking to ensure accuracy. Volt will be fine, set your bench tester to 14v and set that one at 14. Air core motors suck. Their expensive and difficult to calibrate

I have a 94 Mustang and this would not work for mine. So on my mile per hour and RPM there's a little black rubber stop and you have to pull those out to even turn the needle all the way around. So anyway I pulled those off and then I tried what this video the way the video says but there is no stop you can just turn the needle all the way around all the way around other way around. And I actually back in the day after changing up the worm and drive year to get the odometer working, back then I figured out how to get the needles in the right position. But being so you know if so long ago I forgot. So anyway what you have to do with mine is switch the car on not start it and then put them on and make sure it stops right below zero on both the RPM and the mile per hour. Because when you put the little rubber stop back in it's going to be at the right position below zero.
