食材 Ingredients
1)福建面 Hokkien Mee - 500克 |500g
2)鲜虾 Shrimps- 8 只 |8Pcs
3)猪肉 Pork - 200克| 200g
4)猪油 Pork Lard - 2汤匙| 2Tbsp
5)蒜米 Garlic - 2汤匙 |2Tbsp
6)包菜 Cabbage - 4片| 4Pcs
调味 Seasonings
1)蚝油 Oyster Sauce - 1汤匙 |1Tbsp
2)鱼露 Fish Sauce - 1汤匙 |1Tbsp
3)黑酱油 Dark Soy Sauce - 2~3汤匙 |2~3Tbsp
4)鸡精粉 Chicken Stock Powder - 1茶匙| 1Tsp
5)清水 Water - 2 杯 |2 Cups
Hokkien Mee is one kind of Chow Mien from the Hokkien community in Malaysia. It is a well-known delicacy throughout Malaysia & Singapore. Even the influencer Food Ranger had came KL to eat the famous charcoal-fried Hokkien mee which video has gained over 10 million hits!
In fact, the Chinese community who came to the South East Asia in the early 1900 did not live well, and the ingredients used were relatively simple. Therefore, Hokkien Chow Mien is pretty simple that you can taste its flavor!
