Muhidin thinks he is the first person who sent SD to Agong.. so he thinks only his 115SD is valid.. after that Anwar & Zahid or whoever sent SD or go meet up Agong after him is not valid too. This is what his meaning.

The first one who sent in SDs would always be the loser because the latest one who sent in SDs enabling the latest SDs to supersede the earliest SDs.

@@user-jf9sp7tj6k yes. You are right but Muhidin not think like that.. he thinks he is the first who sent SD.. so Agong must only can accepted his SD.. if not why he question Agong that why he is not the next PM.
One simple word, if depending on SD to choose a PM, why waste so many cash, waste many time to organize a PRU...????

As a matter of fact, each and every one member of Parliament was permitted by Constitution to cast only one vote in favour of one particular MP or Senator he/she prefers as a choice of Prime Minister candidate. However, some of Malaysia's MPs (including some who held a Bachelor's degree in Law) had very low IQ to cast two different votes (in terms of two Statory Declarations) in favour of two different candidates. This folly caused big problem for the Constitutional Monarch to determine who should be qualified for the post of Prime Minister.

The main reason for the removal of the 6 MP was due to their breach of the party internal rulings whereby they ( 6 MP) were supposed to be loyal to their own Party under oath or otherwise. It is believed that Bersatu has given them the chance to express their stands and subsequently the show clause letters as to why they should not be removed . Their act of support to the opposition in breach of the party ruling was crystally clear. Hence ,their MP seats should have been vacated though they did not physically hop for the opposition party. There is no need for the speaker to get involved in the loyalty issue among Bersatu party. Bersatu has the right to remove them if they are not loyal to the party as such and as seen.

It seemed that you don't quite understand about the anti-leap law of Malaysia. This law provides certain conditions which must be met before the seat of a member of Parliament can be vacated: (1) There must be proof that the member of Parliament acted in a way which betrayed the political party whereby he/she holds a membership. (2) The member of Parliament who conducted such an offence of betraying his/her own party was not sacked by his/her own party. Because MPs of Bersatu were sacked by Bersatu, therefore the conditions which were required by the anti-leap law in order for a certain seat of member of Parliament be vacated were not met. Therefore the parliamentary seat of the said MP shall not be vacated.
