材料 Ingredients:
朱古力:125克 125g of Dark Chocolate (85%)
牛油:125克 125g of Unsalted Butter
糖:70克 70g of Sugar
低筋麵粉:25克 25g of Cake Flour
雞蛋:3隻 3 Eggs
椰絲:適量 Tiny Shredded Coconut
糖霜:適量 Tiny Icing Sugar
洪先生改良「心太軟」的小貼士:
1. 他認為用原糖(蔗糖)比砂糖更清香;
2. 用椰絲代替麵粉放模具周邊更香口及有嚼勁;
3. 倒模具時要夠快夠狠,否則「心太軟」會散開。
Tips for making Chocolate Lava Cake:
1. You may wish to use raw/cane sugar for more natural flavour;
2. Use shredded coconut instead of flour for chewy feel;
3. Turning the cake upside down instantly after baking for maintaining its best shape.
