材料ingredients
1. 半kg小扁豆 (浸泡4小时)1/2 kg dhal (lentils) soak for 4 hours & drain
2. 1-2汤匙茴香 1-2tbsp fennel seed
3. 1汤匙咖喱粉 1 tbsp curry powder
4. 半汤匙黄姜粉 1/2 tbsp tumeric powder
5.1汤匙盐 1 tbsp of salt
6. 一粒大葱切丁1 big onion (diced)
7. 3-4支咖喱叶切碎 3-4 sticks of curry leaves (chopped)
8. 1茶匙鸡精粉 1 tsp chicken stock
9. 胡椒粉 Pepper
10. 辣椒(可省略) Chilli (optional)
