You're using your whole strength on a quarter million dollar Nintendo DS that's strapped to a 15 million dollar car that's always going over 60. The DRIVERS are no joke, they're pulling fighter jet Gs without any assistance (besides the harness and padding) Big Edit so people stop talking to me. It's pretty obvious that drivers experience no vertical G-forces, I knew that going into writing this comment originally. It's also important to the "no assistance" thing, g-suits make no sense for horizontal forces. None of that detracts from one of the most physically strenuous motorsports on Earth

Yeah they take that stuff very seriously. Every kilo/pound matters for the balance of the car. It wouldn’t require a redesign or anything, but i imagine if he gained a pounds and it went to his chest, he might feel (more) uncomfortable driving the car. Not sure how much it affect performance, but I do know that every lap of fuel burnt means fractions of a second being faster so just a few pounds which are permanent, not including water weight lost, would have some level of performance difference.

Ephesians 6:10-18 says, Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. The bible is no old book. You have to really let Christ open your eyes; to see the world in shambles. Many people say it's a religion to lock up people in chains, and say it's a rule book.. why? Because people hate hearing the truth, it hurts their flesh, it's hurts their pride, it's exposes on what things have they done..people love this world so much, s*x, money, power, women, supercars.. things of this world. Still trying to find something that can fill that emptiness in your heart. You can't find that in this world.. only in Christ, the bible is no chains, it's a chainbreaker. Breaking your sins into pieces... Repent now, and turn back to the true Lord only.. God bless. 😊😊

@@XCILE625 As someone who competes in both running and motor racing, sorry, that's not true. If you add in the pressure to push the brake pedal, the g-force, and the heat, lapping in a decently quick racing car is roughly equivalent to running a fast race per unit time. In something as extreme as F1, they are top level athletes. Just as one example, in F1 cars the sideways g-force is up to 6 times the force of gravity. Just an FYI, the treadmill running with the mask isn't training. It's called the VO2 max test and it measures your O2 intake and you did this test until failure and that's why the harness is there. Before anyone says I don't know what I'm talking about I study sports and this was a recent assignment in fitness testing

Wow damn I can't even imagine what F1 Drivers have to go through in terms of dealing with stress let alone G-forces on race tracks. The turning of a F1 steering wheel literally takes tons of muscle to steer.

I don't understand how people think that f1 is easy. It's common sense, the G's and the sheer speed alone should be enough of an indicator as to why not anyone can drive one of those beasts.

Nope. Pushing the brake pedal requires around 150kg of force, which is more than double body weight. That's like squatting on one leg with someone on your shoulders. For 90 minutes....

@@RobManser77 Actually it's more like holding a door shut with your foot while someone tries to push through. And 180kg would be double the weight of an average person so it's more like half a person trying to push that door. You don't squat to brake, you step hard.
