(14 Dec 2017) The extradition hearing continued on Thursday for co-owner of Formula 1 Force India team, Vijay Mallya, at Westminster Magistrates Court in London.
Scotland Yard's extradition unit arrested Mallya in April in response to a request from the Indian government.
Mallya launched Kingfisher Airlines in 2005, but it ran into trouble as it expanded.
The Indian government suspended the airline's licence in 2012 - after the company failed to pay pilots and engineers for months.
In his homeland, he faces charges of financial crimes and is accused of defaulting on loans from 17 banks totaling Rs 9,000 crore (1.4 billion US dollars).
