Here we take a look at the F23a block, compared to the H22a1, as well as the K20. The F23a architecture shows that it is clearly an "inbetween" motor. Steel main caps, integrated girdle, but not quite as beefy as the K. It is easy to see why the F23a should be your candidate for the next H motor project. I am hoping the new godzilla deck insert for the F23 will help fill the void between stock block H motors and a full sleeve project. Since the F23 has conventional liners it makes the entire build much cheaper and gives you the ability to run a much wider range of pistons than just the 1-2 FRM compatible options there are for H series.
