I found this to all be great advice. I was able to get my FB lead cost down and now understand a bit more about Meta Ads. The issue is that my leads are not great with about 5-10% conversation. Is it the offer or perhaps my lead form is general?

Hey Will, thanks for everything you do! Tried this out and found a winning ad in 3 days getting 30% of the CPL's I was getting before! Just wondering when you do outreach to these leads (I also have automated sequences). Do you only reach out Monday -> Friday or also do weekends as well? I'm finding most people are signing up to the ad on weekends but often don't reply or are too caught up in weekend activities that they go dry

Heck yeah! I love when folks come back and share their wins! Motivates me to put out updates more often. 💪

Great Video. You are helping me a lot. But what should I do if I don't have a calendar on my website? I just have a contact form...

Thank you man! Is that just working in the american markt? I'm german and over here the marketing is less pushy than in the U.S, should I still use this system?

Hey Will, great video with great value! I have one question tho. I bought a popular course on how to run fb ads a while back and I was told that you will generate more leads if you use the "Advantage" options. This was based on the fact that facebook has way more data nowadays than 4-5 years ago. Would you agree with this advice or do you still think the ads should be set up manually? Thank you in advance and have a great week!!!

Great question! That's not true at all in my experience. In fact, we've split-tested enough recently to know for sure that it's not the case. At least for our audiences and campaigns. It could totally be different for a larger broader audience with bigger spend bdugets, but for local businesses with limited ad spend budgets and reach you only want to display on the best placement, which is always the feed. Since they are nowhere near saturating their potential audience. And especially for mobile, which is where 85% of people are using FB. Basically, you're giving FB permission to distribute the ads on whatever placement they please when you use advantage placements, and generally, it has not yielded results for us.

When you say 2-3 weeks with an ad give it a break and then rinse and recycle in month 2…. Is that the same exact ad or do you change it?
@biglittlegyms

That’s correct, and I would say to use the data from the last campaign and start with your best performers. Then start to test some “wildcards” to see if you can find new media that works.

Great video! Im a new agency and I do lead generation with Facebook ads and lead management with follow ups calls and emails for MMA gyms. Im totally green to the Facebook ad world do you have any advice starting off running ads for gyms and how to actually getting good results for them? Thanks

The average customer for running ads for gyms is a 4 month customer if I am honest and doing all the lead gen as well as the follow seems like a LOT of work. I'd hope you're charging multiple thousands of dollars per month for that service. This is going to be incredibly hard to scale. Further, why gyms? Sounds like you're starting out so why would choose arguably one of the most saturated niches to work in when there are literally millions of other businesses that sell more expensive things, have less marketers offering to help them, and would be far more loyal to you for the help you're providing.

@@biglittlegyms I’m doing mainly MMA gyms. I’ve been doing MMA for 4 years now and understand the industry. Yes the first couple clients would be a lot of work but at some point would use the money I made from it and outsource a lot of the work. However this is not something I want to do forever, I’m just trying to develop skill sets so I can use the skills I have now to make money later. As far as other businesses out there that would sell more expensive things, are there any specific that you recommend? Thanks for the response man it means a lot!

Great video but what about men ? Should you run a different campaign ?
@biglittlegyms
Жыл бұрын
Yes, and I would expect to run about 1.5-2x the cost per lead but it really depends on how good the offer it. I would break out a separate campaign for men and start with 3 ad sets and then scale what hits. Good luck! 🍀 🙌☺️

Glad you enjoy it! $200 may only get you about 5-6 days worth of ads so make sure your follow up and appt setting game is REALLY strong so you can get a return on that ad spend. Good luck! 🍀 🙌👏👏
