Hello again Ms Sarah Payne Quilter, This was a very informative video as always. I too have the Singer overlocker serger. I know here you are discussing Brother. I used mine right out of the box and never used one before. With that said that was several years ago. I did make some lovely things on it including a summer dress. I found once I stopped using it that I had to learn all over again how to thread it. Thank goodness it has instructions. I pulled it out and started again learning it. Love the bags. I made one for my Crafter's Companion ultimate tool. That is design by Sara Davies and sold on HSN. It is a scoring for paper crafts and cards tool set. I too do not have the Gemini but have seen it used. It is again designed by Sara Davies and is use to cut dies. I am not sure if the big hexagon would go through that. As I think it might not have a big enough opening. I do not use dies and do not have a die cutting machine that cuts metal dies. I have my beloved Brother scan n cut and I believe I can cut a piece of fabric that same size as that hexagon die the largest one to the smallest one. I too love Terial Magic. I find it works great for cutting fabric with my scan n cut. I also like it because it makes the fabric nice and stiff for sewing. I really like it. I could continue on here but I will end now. I am going to watch your shows again on C.C. while i work on my cushion. Ta Ta for now Sarah Payne quilter. Fawna

Hi there lovely Sarah Payne Quilter, I have now finished my Screen Sensation Gemini quilt pillow. It came out pretty good. I am still working on the pinup girl and motor bike.tee shirt. I just have to add the famous word Vintage to the bottom. Press it out an hubby can wear it. I hope you do not mind but I endorsed you on my blogspot blog page. Motor bike and pinup girl Thank you Sarah Payne Quilter & Screen Sensation plus.google.com/u/0/104770495089027698347 I used your method for the corners of my pillow. I like doing it that way now instead of cutting the little corner and then turning out. Very nice indeed. You have a great day and will watch your Friday video. Happy Crafting, Fawna

Hi Sara. I have been sewing since I was a teenager but recently had a mini stroke and have difficulty in remembering how I used to achieve various patches but I'm now over eighty and struggling bits and pieces I have an innovis 4000d had such a lot of fun with it but am not so good now I own a over locker and a juke sewing machine and a brother nx400 isn't it so upsetting when I cannot recall the ins and out of basic sewing I did four letters LOVE embroideries cannot recall how to make them into the front of a cushion so there you are snookered is there any way you can advise as to how to go on. Please I watch you on you tube and have just bought an olio iron looking forward to receiving it thank you for all your demos love them

i chose the crossover die cutting machine as it seemed to be adaptable to lots of dies by lowering or raising the rollers. and can even use the original red sizzix dies with it as well so would probably be ok to use the accuquilt dies all so. which i don't have and wouldn't buy as they are way way too expensive. Loving the look of the hex,s but sadly the P&P for me here just puts me off. Happy week everyone. x
