Due to the side effects of medication I had a neck and full facelift 4-years ago at age 54 and it still looks great. My surgeon is a Yale educated board-certified surgeon who also specializes in reconstructive surgery . He has corrected countless poor procedures that his patients have had done over the years.During my initial consultation I told him my concern not to look feminine or have that stretched appearance that so many celebrities have today. The procedure took seven hours and involved tightening muscles and adding my own body fat to my face as opposed to fillers. Friends and coworkers were blown away at the results. One coworker told me “how did you leave for two weeks and come back looking 15 years younger?’ It wasn’t cheap but well worth it. Paying for a top surgeon is worth the cost.

Very educational. Aging is NOT just sagging skin. I am an esthetician and so many clients in their 40's and 50's want to just fill and do laser. It simply doesn't work. I strongly recommend they do surgical tweaks along the way for a natural result. I do understand not everyone wants surgery however at a certain point laser can't address the sagging muscle and filler can't compensate for the sagging skin. A well done facelift by a board certified plastic surgeon is MUCH more natural. Great video.

You are very well spoken and seem to actually be more conservative and understanding of what is needed to leave a great result which I think that unfortunately a lot of doctors are missing the mark on these days.. As an esthetician I'm unfortunately already seeing a lot of young people who are over plumped or looking deflated following too many fillers or have skin that's in horrible condition but unfortunately rather than address the fact that there are simple, non-invasive procedures or even literally something a simple as a home skincare routine that includes moisturizing, occasional exfoliation and spf surgeons went ahead and did unnecessary procedures that don't help their overall skin condition or look in the long run..!

Yes dr. Gary I TOTALLY AGREE, Sonia Morgan had a skilled surgeon, she looks like 20 yrs younger and fresh without having that facelift look. wish it was as easy as going to her dr, but i feel everone has different skin bones and such and i fear even if i went to that very dr. my results could be not as good. the other one that was amazing is marge's mom on jersey housewives andthis work. she is in her 70's can you maybe talk of hers on another show,i can.t tell if it was her first facelift but you can, just curious. if I do decide to do it I'm calling you lol your so knowledgable and seem to care about the results, thank you.

I wish Dr Motykie would have been more specific when it comes to costing of a good balanced face lift, like he is performing in his surgery. What price range are we talking about??

Doctor your videos your talent, skills and experience make these videos enjoyable and easy to understand very educational Your channel is the best on KZitem for facial surgeries I sincerely mean that. In my 40 year career in film and video production and post production I have worked with so many celebrities who have had surgeries to enhance their natural beauty and look believably younger. And many more male celebrities are having the procedures you talk about to keep slowing down the effects of aging. Watching your videos have helped me understand what I have seen through the camera over the years. I now understand more about what the make-up artists do to create a temporary face lift some times taking two make-up artist 3 hours to create a look that only lasts a few hours on camera. I see now why the big stars 🌟 ⭐️ go for cosmetic surgeries and treatments. Thank you for sharing your experience with all of us 🌟👍

I had a full face lift with brow lift + upper and lower eyelids and neck lift plus fat grafting at age 54. I wasn't trying to look younger just trying to not look OLDER than I was which I did as I had sun damage and a pre-mature menopause at age 36! So at 54 I looked 70! The results were amazing. I was teaching so had it done over the summer-did not tell my co-workers and they all thought I looked rested and had changed my hair! Was it expensive yes I went to a top surgeon - best $$ I ever spent. It's about emotional well-being! Not Vanity!

Does anyone know Sonya Morgan’s doctor? As I highly doubt I could afford this doctor that inspires such confidence as hes in Beverly Hills. I lost my son last year it destroyed my heart, soul and face. Pls help. I live in Canada we probably have great surgeons here but I would travel if I have to. Any info from anyone would be so appreciated. Thank you.

So sorry for your loss🙏 Sonja Morgan’s surgeon is Dr. Andrew Jacono in New York. I remember reading somewhere that she spent over $100,000 . She looks fantastic even in her pics without makeup. She obviously takes care of her skin too. Sending you love and light.

@@angispilates3468 oh thank you, you are so very kind! I can probably do 50,000.00 to save my career on tv but in Canada depending on who you work for and what you do very few people make a lot of money on tv, I got many things but not a lot of money. I had a tv and I radio show that I’d like to do again, my face aged pretty well until my beautiful son passed then it aged 10 years in the one year since he is gone. I wonder if I should take a loan. There are doctors on the internet speaking about Sonia’s fabulous results! Just not sure I want to part with money saved for the last 20 years…. Hard call. Anyway again, thank you. God Bless you and all those you love.

So very sorry for your loss, you’ve been through so much and you’re still grieving. Please be gentle with yourself, you might not need cosmetic surgery, buy a new lipstick instead. Grief makes you do things that you normally don’t do. Mourn your loss but embrace new positive experiences when the time is right.

Lol I love the intro and how you showed your team behind the scenes telling you your cues! Very interested, not in getting plastic surgery myself I’m more of a preventive person than to fix my skin, I’m almost 30 and I think my skin is pretty supple for my age tbh. Many other people have commented saying I look younger than my age, I don’t think so I think I look just my age range, which I think is good! It’s not good to look older than your age but it’s also not good to try and look super young from plastic surgery, you want to be able to age gracefully, not age at all. Just my opinion though

@@mslinda8456 I mean, my mom looks pretty darn good for her age ngl, she’s 65 now and looks probably at least 10 years younger, I think it’s her grey hair that ages her the most tbh. Although she has big pores due to many breakouts through puberty and menopause, she claims it’s the excess sebum in oily peoples skin that keeps it from getting too wrinkly 😂 idk how true that is though lol. I’m not as freaked out from nasolabial folds as I used to be. It shows I’m living a full and happy life where I smile often, and I’m able to be on this earth long enough to develop signs that I’ve matured, also like I said at least I am able to be in this earth and develop wrinkles instead of not here at all like many of my friends my own age that have already passed on.

What I find hilarious and sad about facial surgery is that the clear implication is that there is something wrong with having wrinkles or sagging skin. Everybody consciously or subconsciously wants to look their best, but there comes a point where who you are inside should be far more important than what you look like on the outside. Does my having wrinkles make any difference to the people who love me ? No, it doesn't. Of course in Hollywood you pretty much have to go under the knife if you want to have a long career.

You only have one life and one body if someone wants to do something with their body you just have to let them.

@@lbabytutorials4852 - It's not about " let them". I have no say and should not have any say in what someone else wishes to do to their body. However, If someone chooses to do facial surgery and ends up looking like a plastic dime store dummy, they had better be prepared to get some nasty comments from people around them or on social media. That , sadly, is a fact of life now a days. ( I have no idea where you could find a dime store anymore ! 😃)

This isn’t a miraculous un-aging. It’s improvement. I’ve seen Jane Fonda, she has awful sun damage and needed skin resurfacing to avoid cancer. None of these women look young, they look good. My mom had a fantastic facelift and her whole outlook and mental health improved. So don’t get snarky, you just harm people who your judge mental nonsense influences to not get work that would genuinely improve their lives. Your day of looking in the mirror and losing it is coming.

Self love comes from within. And we are not loved by others for physical beauty. We are divine beings, and looking younger is totally meaningless. But we all have our own life's journey. No judgment, just love.
