idk if you'll see this but I have a ton of low calorie sweets recipes because I'm a sweet freak. My favorite rn is PB cheesecake lol it's simple find zero sugar jello pudding cheesecake mix, regular milk makes it thicker and more protein but vanilla oat milk imo taste better, I usually only use one cup of oat milk but def use two cups for reg milk, then you can add protein powder and last peanut butter, if you wanna lower calories there's this stuff called better N peanut butter and it's half the calories of regular PB but if not that's okay. You can also make it fluff a bit with zero sugar cool whip. Just mix it up. So at the low calorie options it's like 400 calories 29 g protein and it's an absolute bunch of food. You can also make it around 600-700 calories with 50g protein but it's thiccc and hard to eat haha. Next if you like cottage cheese is making your own fruit stuff by cooking frozen fruit adding zero calorie granulated sweetener and adding protein powder (I like vanilla). Make sure you don't add too much powder and get it really mixed in but also you can leave it out. This is just a good sweet thing that has good calories and protein. My summer favorite smoothie is (stack it this way) a cup maybe cup and a half of kale, orgain vanilla protein powder because it doesn't fluff in the blender (if you don't have orgain add at the very end so you don't mix it to hell and fluff it too much) some oatmilk or almond milk then a cup or two of frozen blueberries. When it's done put it in a bowl and drizzle honey if you want because it gets chewy and I love that part. This is just insane for getting kale into your body.

Yes, nuts have a lot of fats (good and bad) that make them calorie dense. However they do offer good nutrients, magnesium and potassium etc, so in moderation they are great for you.

What you do apparently is while overloading on food aka "bulking", you work out as hard or as much as you can , but mostly weight lifting . Cardio will do too much to burn the energy. You want to "feed" your muscles as you work them out so they can grow. And then don't forget to sleep a lot as they repair themselves (grow) in your sleep. Then what you do is you slim down with the "cut", eating quite lean and at a calorie deficit while...i guess more cardio? that shows off all those muscles you've been carving out... I dunno, search bulking and cutting cause I literally have no idea. I told my dad about it who has physically (and mentally) abused me before...i think he learned it from his dad who I believe beat his mom bc his brothers have done some things to their S/Os ... anyway he discouraged it I think cause he didn't want me to be strong or whatever...weird cause he's always on my ass about weight since childhood. I'm vegan and I'm about to start keto so maybe I'll check in with you and see how that works out if you want or care

On cutting phase intent is to burn fat while Tring to maintain muscle mass besoce without food they will start to shrink. Cutting and bulking isn't about strength but about bodybuilding. Main goal is to have beautiful physique/muscular body. Bodybuilding training is focused mostly on building muscle mass, not strength. It's totally possible to increase muscles strength without incesing muscle mass too much. A lot of bodybuilding muscle mass is actualy water for the volume, while strength is based on amout of muscle fiber.

Woah that doesnt sound good? Unless your very young or small (no offense intended) make sure your not overly restricting your calories for extnded periods of time, your immune system/organ function/hormone regulation etc and more can suffer greatly and even just superficial things like your appearance of your face and hair and nails and whatnot. Calories don’t necessarily indicate nutrition There are plenty of non- processed foods that are low in calories but high in proteins, fibers and vitamins A low calorie diet isn’t always an unhealthy diet

Also, even if a couple items were estimated (For example, peanut butter or banana because he doesn't show exactly measuring on video). It is still around 1000 calories. I do 300 mg whole milk, 1 large banana, 2 scoop protein powder (120 Calories each scoop), and then a shit ton of either peanut butter or Greek yogurt. Shit ton meaning… 2 HEEEAPPINGGGG large spoonfuls. Easily a 1,500 calorie shake. Sometimes twice a day with a 3,000 solid food intake. Went from 145 to 180 in 1 month

The only thing being bulked up are those calorie numbers. The banana, for example, is way off according to the USDA.

Depends on the banana. There's not some factory out there producing them, they grow to different sizes. About 150 grams of banana would be 130 calories. Would be a rather large banana, sure. Or you want consistency in your recipe so you measure out the same amount of banana every time.

No, 1 serving of peanut butter is 190, Greek yogurt can be that much when full fat and I have had a banana that was 120 based on weight. Also, a full cup of strawberries can be 77 depending on weight, brand, and added sugar.

Idk if this helps but I used to be like that but I would force myself to not eat for an allotted time and it sucked at first but overtime my body got used to it and stopped being hungry so quickly. As long as you are not literally starving yourself and eating healthy you should be fine
