This is a book summary review and discussion of the bestselling book "Factfulness" by Hans Rosling, where he attempts debunking myths and misconceptions about the world. I discuss the 13 questions Rosling uses throughout the book to illustrate how our instincts often mislead us about issues like global poverty, hunger, disease and more. I also share some of my own perspectives on Rosling's approach to dealing with phenomena in a balanced, facts-driven manner. If you want to learn to view the world's progress in a more positive yet reasoned way, this book and video review may change how you think about many global issues.

Who am I?

I have a lot of dumb ideas. I tend to write them down and then revisit them from time to time. Sometimes, the world and/or my own understanding of it has moved enough to where it can now be taken to a new place. If you’d like to talk, I’d love to hear from you.
Enjoy!
