Just test your fasting insulin levels. If your faating insulin levels are over 6 uIU/mL, you are in the process of developing PCOS symptoms. The longer you keep your insulin levels elevated, the more symptoms you will develop, and the more intense your existing symptoms will become. If you keep your fasting insulin levels below 6 uIU/mL, the more PCOS symptoms will reverse. The main sources of elevated insulin and PCOS are chronic stress, chronic sleep deprivation, and chronic carbohydrate overconsumption. There are a million videos online that tell you how to deal with stress and improve your sleep → watch those videos and do the things. As far as your diet is concerned, if you want to prevent elevated insulin coming from your diet, then you need to eat less than 20 grams of carbohydrates per day. If you do those things, you can see most, if not all of your PCOS symptoms gone in about one year. I am happy to explain more or answer questions or address concerns.
