As a childbirth educator, there is nothing about vacuuming as a no no or cleaning. Squatting and leaning with care are good to strengthen the pelvic floor. Mini breaks? An awesome thing.

I’m a LOYAL viewer and Love your channel. On Mondays and Fridays, I’m continually checking to see if you’ve posted. I don’t comment a lot but know that all of you were and are in my prayers concerning your mom’s passing. I too lost my mom in 2021 and my husband in 2010. I know the pain you and your dad are going through. My youngest daughter was pregnant when my husband died but we believe too that he “knew” my grandson before we ever met him. I’ve always thought you looked like your dad but when you were drinking your AG1 in the beginning of the video, you smiled and I saw Leslie. You looked just like your beautiful mom!! God Bless your precious family and congratulations on the new little one!! ❤️

Hey, Congrats on commenting. I know it can be a little daunting to many people. I would love to invite you to the conversation more often. Comments are cool for content creators to read, but they are an absolute necessity for them to be able to be seen and grow. KZitem Algorithms look at the numbers of likes and dislikes (both help the channel) and they look at the comments and conversations below and the more likes and comments the more the channel gets recommended to new people. I think it is fantastic that you decided to comment, and I am sure hundreds or even thousands are lurking, I thought if I said something here, they would read both of our comments and decide to start to comment too. I hope to see more of you here in the comments. By the way, you will sometimes just see my comment on a word like, "amazing", "cool" or Algorithm bump, Loving it. It doesn't have to be a lot, but just something that KZitem can see there is participation in the video. It is up there with watching the video all the way through.

In our home .. it was “divide & conquer”! My late husband was a magnificent cook, loved grocery shopping and loved to bake!! I can cook but nothing ever turned out as planned and cleaning the house was a task we shared. I loved working outdoors ( actually both of us) but I could spend hours mowing, weeding, raking and keeping our property in perfect condition. Painting rooms and remodeling was my thing.. with his help at times. I needed a project to complete from “start to finish”! The love of life was an amazing person and miss him every single day of my life. But cooking??? Not my thing.

Allie, The great thing about having a second child when the first is still pretty young is that they do eventually start playing together. My Daughter has four children, they love each other, protect each other and play together. I on the other hand had my two 6 years apart. My daughter was not amused with the new addition at all. They fought, were never close as children and are still not close as adults. You, Trent and all your friends are smart to have your children close together and it works out so much better overall. Love you guys, God bless.

I can relate to the 'too much snow, let's go where it's warm' situation. We moved from New Orleans to Colorado, near Aspen. 9 months of winter, 3 weeks of summer. So, one February we went to visit relatives in Tucson and I never went back. My husband went back to Colorado, alone, packed our stuff in a U-Haul and "we" moved to Tucson. Many years later, I now live in Las Vegas. Love the warmth, (and no humidity). I enjoy your videos very much. Congratulations on the new baby. The way you described having a second kid Allie is so true. We just had our second and it’s only been a month for him and it feels like a year for us. Our first turns 1 on Wednesday. It’s been a crazy year but we wouldn’t change anything. Kids are a blessing.

I am a big fan of 1pot meals. I had 3 children and 5 grandchildren. As a working mom, 1 pot meals were all I could do. Stews, soups, crock pot tex mex chicken, etc. Etc.. I still make simplified meals because I work so long we wrap everything in taco shells from salads, beans, meats, .. easy, quick and delicious

@@peacockgrandmayes, as a single mom, I would have a super prep day every 2 weeks. I'd make everything from scratch, pot pies casseroles, bagged crockpot ingredients, just dump and go. Just pull it out of the freezer in the morning it was ready for the oven when I got home or my son could put it in. Made life easier and cost effective, I'd even pre cook taco fixings and seal a meal them, boil in a bag, no messy clean up. Now that I'm retired, I have no idea how to cook for 1 😅

You are doing great Allie. With both of my pregnancies I continued the activities that my body was use to. Farm work, exercising with some modifications, cleaning the house, etc. Do what your body says is okay. When the second child arrives it is an adjustment, but keeping organized and as consistent schedule as possible helps. I did winter farm chores etc taking both my boys on sleds, wagons or whatever and kept it all going just fine. I took care of myself so I had the energy. Do what works for your family. Wish you all the best.
