Hi Trinh! Thank you so much for the kind words! I really appreciate it very much🙏. I will definitely add Bossam to my recipe list. As for the Pork Bone Soup, not sure if you are referring to the Spicy Pork Bone Soup, called GamJaTang 감자탕 which is one of my favorite spicy stews. I will add this to my recipe list as well. Now if you are referring to the clear bone broth soup, I have GalBiTang (beef short ribs soup) recipe. You can make this soup also using pork bones, too. Hiya Helen. Thanks for all your videos. Not sure if you’re aware, e.v olive oil is not recommended for (stir frying) cooking with as it is considered carcinogenic above 180c (not sure what that is in F). You can use a regular olive oil instead and save your e.v.o for dressings and garnishing instead. Just a suggestion. Thanks again. You make me hungry!! 😂

🤣 BTS is an empire with so many products in their arsenal of marketing strategies. They sell coffee, makeup, recipe books, and the list goes on and on. I’m very proud of their global influence and successes💚🇰🇷 As for BTS’s JapChae, I have not read their specific recipe, but I’m sure it is delicious! In general, JapChae is made in many variations and methods. Some r on the oily side, dry side, and/or wet with more broth drenched noodles. Also, depends on if it is made quick and simple version or gourmet. Or a casual version using just a few ingredients or traditional with all the fixings.
