(for me and anyone who needs it) the sleeve: row 1: chain 5, dc into next mesh space, then dc all around. after first row is done, slst into 3rd chain of first chain 5. then slst into first chain 5 (mesh) space of the first row. repeat the above for row 2, 3, 4. row 5 (begin increase): do all steps like the previous rows, but place two dcs each 5th mesh space. (aka, increase) row 6&7&8 -> normal (non-increase). row 9 (increase row): increase on every 7th stitch row 10&11&12 -> normal (non-increase). row 13 (increase row): increase on every 9th stitch row 14&15&16 -> normal row 17 (increase row): increase on every 11 st. note you can stop anytime you like the sleeve length. you can also continue with normal rows down if you don't want any more increases.

I've made bell sleeves like this out of HB "I love this yarn" 4 weight and they turned out nice. When I finished the top, I soaked it in warm water with hair conditioner in it, squeezed out as much water as I could after rinsing out conditioner, and rolled in a towel to soak up more water. Then I blocked it and let it dry. Then I washed it and put it in the dryer. It came out soft and fluid. I love HL acrylic and cotton yarns. Good yarn and I can afford It when it goes on sale.

Beautiful tutorial 🎉 I have a question though, Is it necessary to have equal numbers of rows for the front and back panels? i accidentally made less amount of rows in front panel and i was thinking to make up for it and make 2 extra rows in the back panel, will it affect the project too much??

I think it’s important to have both panels be the same amount. Did it end up working for you?

It depends on the care instructions for your yarn◡̈ safest option is always to hand wash and lay flat to dry!

I just skip stitches the same as closing out the other rows! Chain 1 cut my work and secure with a knot

how do you turn it to a full top?
@Cosmicccrochet

Just add more rows to the body portion!

And then when you connect the front and the back panels you will have to join more of the top together since it will be longer. Leave an amount that you can comfortably fit your arm through ◡̈

Would red heart weight four yarn work for this? I would like this to match a hat I made and that uses red heart yarn. Edit. The brand is red heart super saver

@@dazzlingelf691 use a larger hook! That should help the stitches to be looser and if it’s too stiff you can always use a steamer or any blocking method to relax the stitches ◡̈
