I really hope Sister Bliss is now measuring the crowd with these Faithless DJ Sets to assess what tunes people currently like, and some day real Faithless comes back with the classics and some new fantastic and actual lyrics. (Peredur would be the best for guitarist undoubtedly). The world has changed and many things have happened since those evergreen melodies and lyrics, it is time to deal with the present, and Faithless CAN make what they made in the 90s-2000s! Every time I have a bad day I listen to Faithless, and everything turns to good. I am middle ‘90’s kid in Hungary, and one of my dreams is to once in my life attend a Faithless concert shouting that we came one, and God still IS a DJ!

This song gets me, I am the sum of my reactions to shit that has happened to me (not the sum of the shit I've been through). This song speaks to me because I've always seemed to see/hear/experience more than most (from the same situations). Without the journey, we learn nothing, if we survive the journey we know more than we can say... Ah the 90's...

I lift you off the earth, mundane and glum Out the solar system, way past the sun Til all the fear in your heart is gone, And so on Walking through the world with no pressure Inner peace beyond measure I was leaving, wearing what I came in When a man said Stop.. I wanna have what you have And get what you got I got it sleeping rough on the streets in the rain I got it, learning to share my people's pain I got it making flowers grow in hearts of stone I got it cause I always take the long way home I got it cause I always take the long way home I've been walking through the world with no pressure Air's fresher, full of vigour Life becomes my mirror The further I go, the more I know Oh yeah, wherever the wind blow I'll be there Turned up in places that I never intended to go And so ended my youth I once depended on proof Now I'm in the flow There are things I know beyond knowing I've never seen a seed growing I was going back home When a man said Stop... I wanna have what you have And get what you got I got it sleeping rough on the streets in the rain I got it, learning to share my people's pain I got it making flowers grow in hearts of stone I got it cause I always take the long way home I got it cause I always take the long way home

The day I first heard this song on the radio I knew both that it is Faithless - the band behind the monumental Salva Mea and that they must be my absolute favorite band. A few days after I actually heard that it really was a Faithless song and what the title was, but I was hooked on Faithless ever since. By far the best band ever and all original albums were either good or great. Faithless is the greatest musical love, peace and happiness disseminatior. And they are even better live than in the fantastic albums and singles.
