Nah, you can be undefeated against everyone you’ve for real fought in street fights. Likely their opponents had no training or didn’t want to fight them in the first place or they were chosen as an opponent cuz they were smaller/weaker or whatever. It’s like being undefeated in online chess but you have it set on beginner or some shit. Lol Why anyone without training thinks they can just beat a trained fighter, even a low level trained fighter who’s still new, is crazy, they’re just delusional af. 😆 They’re just signing up to take a beating but too dumb to realize it.

1:59 I was coaching a mma gym in my hometown and this happened to me. A guy walks in near the end of practice and starts talking to me, not knowing I was the coach. He talked about how he could out strike and grapple anyone in the gym, including the coach. I told him there was sparing the next day and he could fill out a waiver and take part. He showed up, I picked him apart on both the feet and ground, then explained to him that I was the coach. He then lost 3 rounds to a beginner before finally sitting on the side of the mat. We talked for a bit about humility and respectfulness. He left the gym and returned 4 months later. He apologized and asked if he could train.

That black belt didn’t know how to fight close up though, shouldn’t be doing reverse side kicks when you’re that close. Agreed. The Taekwondo guy also didn't do as bad as most of the other guys in this video. He blocked most kicks, besides the leg kicks which aren't used in TKD. Kept getting his kicks grabbed, which also isn't used exactly like that in TKD sparing. Overall, TKD is a good attribute of MMA but it's not competitive with MMA.

Does your 2nd Dan black belt allow you to be an assistant trainer at the dojo as well? In my school that was how that went. That is why I didn't stop at my 1st degree black belt. The confidence of learning in a full-contact with pads dojo is really something. It builds muscle memory, unlike katas as well. If you haven't used combat sparring, even in training with pads, you will get a big lesson in humbling yourself after getting in a fight. I had to learn boxing as well for the hands, then went into MMA and BJJ.

Flashy moves can easily get a TKD fighter rocked or KO'd by another trained practitioner of the martial arts. About Taekwondo I practiced it myself until i had the first Blackbelt when I was young. I mainly practice Jiu Jitsu now. When it comes to raw force and impact it's the best BUT in a real fight most of those kicks take too long and have way too many openings making most of them useless against trained/skilled fighters. Other issue is that it's mainly a sport so there a many rules. The main point is control over the body. Other martial arts are faster and more effective when it comes to real fighting.

That is NOT to the level of a black belt in TKD. That was just sad. He had never practiced at a combat level I am certain of. I was in a TKD school for around a decade that had full contact sparring with pads on. It wasn't an option to not fight. That made my skills and muscle memory so much better for actual situations. It took me a very long time to get my black belt, let alone my second degree black belt that allows me to be an assistant trainer. Just that 2nd Dan stripe on my black belt alone took a year after my black belt was first earned. Sad to see TKD guys cocky without real world experience and with low skills by any measure. My kata that I perfected was the 'Heaven and Earth' technique of fighting multiple opponents at the same time. Absolutely useless in a real fight, but a good kata to show off to younger members with, and possibly make them continue the path of physical mastery.

lol, that first guy reminded me of what my instructor taught me... before we'd learn how to defend against an attack from a trained adversary, we'd learn how to defend against a "wild swing". This guy exemplified the wild swing😅

That undefeated Street fighter looks like he's been fighting junkies in the back alley for the $5 they owe him.

Calling yourself a 'street fighter' means you're overly aggressive to random strangers.

I don't think I could look any more ridiculous than some of there pretenders, and I'm a 50 year old woman who has never hit another person in my life.

Muay Thai boxers are as hard as coffin nails. Those lower leg kicks are no joke, it is pain like no other.

I never understood why people assume Tai Chi is a martial art. It's not; it's a method to meditate and clear your mind, not to harm others.

That undefeated street fighter must have trained with Deontay Wilder. Identical form.

It's not so much their lack of discipline, skill, technique or stamina, but the fact that it's very obvious they have never taken a real punch in their lives. They're always so shocked when it happens in these situations.

We gotta stop saying that these guys are brave or have balls, It is complete Ego that pushes these guys to challenge trained fighters. Having balls or being brave is standing your ground and defending yourself when a trained fighter is threatening or attacking you. Walking around saying you can beat up trained fighters is just delusion and arrogance.

I love how people who identify as a street fighter only throw large haymakers hoping for a KO.
