That was excellent. Made a quick vid a few weeks ago only to have seen myself case almost every jump on Jacks Track 🙁 It does take a fair bit of bottle to send it, well done.

Well done, it takes a bit to get your head around those, you did it the right way and yes in the wet the naturist is hard and needs work.

Both The Naturist and Funduro are both pretty soft and sloppy to ride. They even retain a lot of moisture when everything else is dry. I hit them both last year, 2 weeks into a dusty, dry heatwave, and they were both still sloppy and soft. Honestly, it's part of their charm and adds variety to the area. I don't mind pushing through a harder trail on rides! 🥰

Definitely do! The trails there are all pretty chill. The newest trail has a couple of nice tabletops and a couple of really fast berms, but everything else is great entry level stuff. It's the trail network I'm using to introduce my family to MTB, with a couple of trails like Jack's Track and Rooty Tooty that offer a little bit... More. :)

The Naturist is a lot of fun, but bloody exhausting because of the slop and soft soft loam. 😀

Jack's Track was my first gap jumps in... Probably 20 years. Took it really, really slow. I'll be interested in how confident I look/feel after being almost locked away from MTB for so long... Roll on being about to cross local authority borders again soon! And best of luck if you had back to Jack's Track! The weather is really shifting now, lots of great riding weather ahead!

@@squidridesmtb will do it eventually only done the MTB 3 times, got first MTB only last week, done most of the others at Canada wood, hardest Iv done being the funduro, just the jumps that scare me lol. @Stuart Lawson the Funduro is great fun, so is the Naturist further up. But both trails run really wet a lot of the time. And when it's been wet beforehand, like just now, they're really boggy. They take a good few weeks of solid sun to dry out properly. Definitely looking forward to getting back to Falkirk. The family love the greens and blues up at Greenrig, I love the reds and faster flowing stuff in the woods! It reminds me of Glentress in that regard, it's got a little bit of something for everyone.
