I'm from Massachusetts and I love the Whites. When you see these fall and gourges on the map think about some of the places that you dont't hear about on private land farms that have been in the same family for 300 years. There are books about forgotten waterfalls lost in time due to trail relocations and after a couple generations they are forgotten about. Safe Travels great video thank you GOD BLESS❤

I'm so excited that you had such a great time in my home state of NH! I've been looking forward to this video ever since you said you were visiting there. The video did not disappoint! My husband and I are full time RVing and although we enjoy the travel and seeing different parts of the country, I am definitely homesick for NH (especially this time of year). While living there, we must have driven the Kancamagus Highway a thousand times and we spent a lot of time in Franconia and Crawford notch. So many memories! Thank you for taking us on your journey. I think I had a smile on my face the entire time I was watching the video 😊

For somebody who lives in the heart of everything you just showed and goes out of their way at least once a week to take advantage and enjoy it you really showed a fantastic outside perception of somebody coming here for the first time. The more time you spend in the White mountains the more you will realize that the beauty that you found on your short trip are merely just the tip of the iceberg if that! Off-season is best as tourists will congest this place like a DMV in New Jersey but how can you blame any of them. Excellent content 🤘

My Dad called me the next day and said they watched a bunch more and he wanted to know how I knew you! We went to see them and they made us sit down to watch this video because they did the exact same trip 7 years ago. My Dad kept pulling up pictures on his phone of them in the exact same places, it was adorable! He was very proud of you for pronouncing Kancamagus correctly! I recently found your KZitem channel and absolutely love your videos! My wife and I bought a Ram 3500 DRW/Cirrus 920 truck camper and want to hit all of the National Parks too. We live in NY and wondered where you guys pull over to sleep? We've been to 40 states including Hawaii (Ironman) but haven't been to NH and Maine yet but we will follow your routes, Keep the great content coming!

Hi Daniel! Thank you so much for watching! Where we sleep really depends on the area. Out east was a lot of Walmart’s haha. We have a van life FAQ blog on our site and list our favorite apps for find free camping or parking. Hopefully that helps! adventuresofaplusk.com/van-life-faqs/#35-daily-routine-on-the-road

Looks like there isn’t much to do in Southern New Hampshire. Shame since I had such an amazing time in Vermont - part because of all the suggestions from your video! I get to NH and the first city I visit, the utility poles are so close to the road that I smashed up my side window. So that’s NH for me lol

There is plenty to do in southern New Hampshire. I go there all the time for day trips.

Your images are beautiful. You do know your photography! And you are right, the Flume is too expensive.

It was pricey, but we felt it was worth it! The facilities are very nice and the trails are very well maintained, which we assume is what the money goes towards.

I grew up in Massachusetts and went to a lot these spots as a kid. I also went to college in Southern New Hampshire, so its great to revisit the area through your eyes. I don't have an issue with the $18 for The Flume, think about what it costs to build and maintain all those stairs and the amazing access they give you.

We agree on the cost now that we have experienced it! It was VERY well maintained, we don't recall seeing any trash, and they basically have two small museums. Glad we could help you relive some of these spots!

Awesome! Thank you! Be sure to check out our website as well. We have guides and itineraries to many areas of New England, including a fall New England road trip. We can provide a lot more helpful information in blog posts than in videos. I hope that helps and you have a great trip!

I lived in northern NH for over 30 years. Beautiful area but super hard winters and isolation was too hard for me. Raised my 4 kids there and left after that.

I read the dates you were there just now. I wanted to recommend Polly's Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill if you are still in the area. It is wonderful! Safe travels!

There's been an epidemic of caterpillars eating all the leaves the past couple years in the valley, North Conway in particular. Kind of ruining the foliage, it's usually a lot better than it has been lately. But I'm glad you guy's enjoyed your visit.

17:51 My parents got married at that bridge, the house I grew up in is actually right down the road, Passaconway rd. Comes out on Westside Rd, wasn't expecting to see that.

Btw, I'm not sure if you guy's were staying at the Walmart in North Conway, but right across the street is Big Dave's bagel & deli, who won best bagel's in the state last year. They were actually just on Guy Fieri's "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" on the food network last month, everything on the menu is top notch. Just a heads up, if you hadn't stopped in and find yourselves back around the valley. I'd definitely stop in Big Dave's.

Hi guys! Love watching this video. Just want to make sure about something - are all these locations off the Kancamagus Highway? Trying to plan a vacation for this September and looking for the best location to find an AIRBNB. I'm assuming it would be best to stay in either Conway or Lincoln and just drive the Highway since it's only a 50 minute drive. We love hiking and want to hit as many places as possible. Thanks!

Hi Lisette! Yes Conway or Lincoln would be the best spots to stay! And yes all these spots were off the Kanc! We also have a guide on our website for driving the Kanc and a fall road trip guide. We hope those help! adventuresofaplusk.com/driving-the-kancamagus-highway-in-new-hampshire adventuresofaplusk.com/12-day-new-england-fall-road-trip-itinerary
