16:00 1. After showering, use a small amount of spray antiperspirant on your feet. 2. To keep your shoes from EVER having a foul odor, put alcohol in a spray bottle and spray shoes daily in the evening. The shoes will be dry by the morning, fresh and ready to use. 3. The Dollar Tree sells socks. You can have a brand new pair everyday for 2 weeks for less than the cost for a pack of socks at Target or Walmart. Happy Adjusting everyone 📋🔦

Yes! But a person can certainly do claims with just a measuring tape. But you're right, a laser will cut interior inspection time in half, easily.

@@AdjusterTV Thanks for putting these videos up. You working Sally? I just got here from Lake Charles/Sulphur which as you obviously know is a mess. Ive been an adjuster since Harvey and have approximately 2.5-3k claims under my belt and wondering if you really think going to NACA convention is worth it? Thanks for your time Matt and stay safe out there!

Is 300 the minimum or the maximum per claim
@chrisc899

On majority claims with the. CAT fee schedules the Minimum would fall between $300-$350- on average $450-$500 and higher $600-$750 per claim - and provide the higher can also get higher as high as $1000+ per a claim and this is after the 60/40 split or the 65/35 split.

Darn Tough wool socks. As crazy as it sounds they are super durable, wick sweat and keep the odor down. Even on Texas roofs I've loved them. They are also lifetime guaranteed so if you get a hole you get a replacement.

This was the video I truly needed, I crashed and burned as a newbie on my first deployment two weeks ago. I lasted a week before I went to my manager and then higher up and was flat out honest. They still have me on the standby list and was looking for ECTA positions as well. Everyone says take the money and wait until they fire you but I see something different, I want to make this a career vs some quick hustle and why not enjoy helping people in the midst!

I am on my first-ever deployment right now and I am struggling with the system and getting people scheduled. The whole system feels extremely redundant, and I am constantly forgetting simple things and tasks. It's hard having people telling you to make X and priority, but Y, Z and ¥ all need to be your #1 priority as well. Freaked me out yesterday so badly I started feeling like I had the flu. I'm very happy for the opertunity, but it feels like boot camp and I haven't even gotten onto a roof yet.
