Wow, he looked really good at the end there. Great coaching, and great, receptive student.

Dr Romanov is to running today what Dr Kenneth Cooper was to running in the 1970s. He's moving the game on to new scientific level.

You can tell this guy has a military background because when Borat tells him to fall he doesn't question. He just leans forward until he hits the ground.

Like Borat (2006) running. No, it is Borat that was inspired by Dr Romanov probably.

Gravity brings you down to earth to run only after you hop at a slant to gravity. Two forces act together to curve your flights up and down strides ahead. Everybody hops at 3 different slants. Land BEHIND CENTER/WAIST to pick up speed. UNDER CENTER to keep the speed you reached steady. AHEAD OF CENTER to slow down. My RUNNING SPEED METHOD DISCOVERY.

Both people are deviating very far from the Pose single angle alignment method which makes you fall on your face. Both legs never stop rotating. One leg is rotating forward in the air at the same the the other leg is rotating backward on the ground. It takes hard work to run fast. Both of you were working hard.

Still struggling with the concept of falling but still standing straight.

You’re not standing straight. You’re falling but from the ankles , and not bending at the hip- which is the most common error

Why they have short legs. Maybe the grass too tall? Good concept though about creating momentum to gain speed.

Once again, a pose running video that is a decade old. I agree with this method, but why the almost silence the last ten years on KZitem regarding this? Seems like now it’s all about just throwing on some carbon plated shoes and your good to go
