If you read the booklet of Fallout 3, it mentions that in the America of Fallout, War Technology advanced at a fast rate but at the penalty that the culture remained in the 1950s, hence the music and lifestyle. But yeah, you're more or less correct.

I like the soundtrack overall, but for this one the saxophonist really overdoes the growl at 2:00 .It's a little obnoxious, and for a split second I thought my game was about to crash.

I've been a musician for over 14 years now and I absolutely loved it, I think it's subjective as is a lot with music. These kinds of things are what always drew me to blues/jazz though. It's his own self expression and I think it's awesome, makes me tense up waiting for the release

...Bronze being used? I think you're a bit off the timeline there, perhaps you meant brass? Also... isn't Gothic-style architecture used in buildings older than industrial age as well... say Renaissance/Medieval? You're a bit smarter than the guy you corrected, but you're still incorrect, so don't be a hypocrite.
