The Kia Sportage GT Line is a small five-seater SUV that is a FANTASTIC BabyDrive for its size, price and practicality! The interior is very nice in this top-spec GT Line model compared to the base model I drove previously.

I found the Sportage pretty hard to fault as it ticks all the Babydrive boxes in medium-sized family SUVs and I can tell it is going to be one of my most recommended cars this year!!
The Kia Sportage just fits three child seats in the back which is fantastic for a small SUV! There are ISOFix points in the two outer seats and top tether anchorages across all three seatbacks.
Legroom is good for a medium SUV, fitting a 170cm driver in front of a rear-facing child seat and 184cm driver in front of a forward-facing child seat.
Boot space is good in the Kia Sportage too. From empty it holds 13 shopping bags, that's one more than the VW Tiguan, and the same as the Mazda CX-5 and Honda CR-V.
I found all sizes of stroller and pram fit in the boot with some shopping bags too. This twin stroller fits with three shopping bags which is practical for everyday family use. Interior storage is practical too.
The Kia Sportage is a great mid-sized SUV for a family, it is nippy, nimble and fun to drive. With a modern look and feel, I found it easy around town and to park and negotiate tight school and supermarket car parks.
