My family's go to TABBOULI recipe. A salad so delicious, simple and satisfying to make. It's a great side dish for soo many meals, and a staple at every Lebanese food gathering.

RECIPE
Serves 4 people
Ingredients:
1 big bunch of parsley ~ 3.5 - 4 cups when chopped
4-5 Roma tomatoes
1/2 red onion finely chopped
3 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves (handful)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Mixed pepper (7 spice)
1/4 cup lemon juice (1 lemon)
1/2 cup olive oil fruity extra virgin
Optional: 1 tsp pomegranate molasses
*NOTE*: Traditionally, some bulgur/borghol is soaked and added to the salad, however, I leave that out, and sometimes substitute with quinoa for added boost of protein
Steps:
Soak the parsley in water for 20-30 mins with a splash of vinegar to help clean it.
Rinse and wash it then dry it using a salad spinner (had to google what it was called haha)
bundle the parsley adn you're ready to start chopping everything!
