It should be noted that there are two conflicting reports about Dorothy Dandridge's cause of death. In the video I mention accidental drug overdose, however it has also been suggested that she died of a rare embolism.

I don't get why there so many unmarked graves. It's amazing how we live our lives and at the end, we all end up the same. Love your videos
@JennaLeigh
6 жыл бұрын
NILDA RODRIGUEZ I've been looking into it, just out of curiosity, and I've found that numerous graves may go unmarked for a few reasons: 1) if the actor or actress was Jewish, there is a tradition that a temporary marker stand for 1 year after death. After that 1 year, they get a proper marker. Or 2) the deceased was old and preceded in death by family and friends, leaving no one to look after the headstone/marker. Sometimes families purposely keep graves unmarked out of a desire to keep the final resting place private. They may do this out of a desire to keep knowledge of the grave within only the close friends and family. In some cases, the deceased was a controversial figure, and the family/friends were fearful that the grave could be vandalized. And sadly in some cases, there isn't anyone to oversee the grave. Judith Barsi, for example... She was a child actress who had also done voice work in cartoons. Sadly, her father was terribly abusive and ended up killing Judith, and I believe he killed her mother as well. Fans took up donations and saw to it that Judith finally got a headstone a few years ago. Sorry for the novel, there! Just wanted to shed a little light on that topic for you! 💗🖤

In another video, talking about Eymie Gormé, I remember Nat King Cole who sang in spanish too, he recorded three albums: "Cole Español", "A Mis Amigos" and "More Cole Español". The biggest Cole's hit in spanish is "Ansiedad". Nat had many fans in Latin America, and in spite of his death, fifty-two years ago, his music still is aired in latin radios. In Peru sounds many times. In case of Natalie, her daughter, I remain a song called "Sophisticated Lady" who was a hit in my country. Greets from Peru...

Arguably, what the majority of your viewers don't realize is that they are bearing witness to your evolving genius. Seriously, the epilogue of George Burns turning on the television to watch your videos - sheer brilliance. well maybe the documentary I saw was wrong but Dorothy Dandridge had a 'brain aneurysm' no drugs involved from what I have seen & read. They can occur anywhere in your body and cause instant death, very sudden, a shame such talent! Thank You for all these great historic memories! I have lived a good life having seen or heard all these people whether by screen real, pics, vids, movies, concerts, or tv. They made my life richer! Thnx again!

I’ve spent the last two days watching all of these videos. First-rate and very interesting. Thanks, Arthur. The Travel Channel should sign you to a contract.

It must take a small army to maintain these grounds, statues, memorials and buildings. It’s spotless and so well maintained
