Luscious tones is an apt description. Smooth, clear, and clean. Like it’s appearance.

Copper, holy cow that was amazing. It’s playing like that that drives me to learn and practice. Someday, someday I will be able to play like that. Brilliant!!!!

That guitar sounds absolutely amazing. Not keen on the relic though, especially on a lovely Master Build like that. It makes it look like it was dropped in a car park 10 minutes ago.

Light relic always looks ‘beat up/abused’ to me. Medium and heavy relic has a more pleasing ‘used/worn’ look. Either way, not fond of any relic on a ‘new’ guitar.

I wish Fender would make that RSD bridge available outside the custom shop.

Sounds so good - the touch of the master's hand too. Its beautiful too. Just out of curiosity, what is it worth?

Great stuff! Love Jazzmasters! I owned a 1966 with transition logo, CBS headstock and bound dot neck. The neck pickup was the BEST!!

Honestly, about 2 years ago my wife bought a car with 5000 miles on it for a little less money, and it gets 35 mpg.

I hope it goes to a good home and really gets used a lot (despite its art-gallery price tag).

how does it being assembled by 1 person make it any different never mind better?

You either love it or hate it. And for me, the colours push it into hate it territory. Sounds fine though and hopefully you find the customer (with ten grand) who truly loves it.

Spitfire looking guard on it is too bright. Put an anodized gold pickguard on it and it's fire.

@@jmacc9876Interesting you think that looks like a spitfire. I can’t see the resemblance.

Love that green, not a huge fan of the pickguard but otherwise that is a pretty amazing piece.

Agreed. Looks a bit like the ‘meatball’ tort guards on the 90s Japanese guitars.

Look, there are so many people that make awesome tortoise shell reproduction pickguards, I just don’t understand fender using this most ugly two dimensional awful tortoises shell? Loos like asphalt floor tile! Besides the pickguard the guitar is awesome!

Bullshit, all Fender Custom Shop guitars are equal. If I want a real one-off guitar, I will buy PRS Private Stock.
