Hello from England Looking at this short video its just over 47 years ago. Perhaps for some of those lucky people who got ticket/s to see Elvis would only be in their mid 60's now. OH MY. Also the FANS buying memorabilia from the concert/s i hope they kept all that stuff as it would be worth a lot now Such different times and different people then and those times were not good. The World Economy was in the doldrums but Elvis would do a GOOD SHOW and make the people feel happy.

I was there for Elvis in 74 and then later in 1990 I saw Sinatra at Starplex in Dallas , two best concerts I ever saw.

This is great! It was interesting to hear that the press was not allowed to the show. Though writer for local papers would buy tix and write reviews. And it's too bad the fans weren't interviewed post concert to see/hear their reactions!!! NOW, THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING!!!

Everyone had to pay for tickets. If Elvis gave tickets to some guests, he had to pay for them.

It was his movies that laid the groundwork for the age diversity of his 70s fans and the incredible success in selling out his concerts. I don't think he ever realized that nor the people around him. They family freindly films that even children watched.

The lady at 0:53 was not too young for the Sinatra phase. This is 1974, Sinatra was a teen idol between 1939 into the late 1940s. She was at the very least 55 here. Therefore she could have been too old for both

Wil Andersen god bless the fans who snuck the cameras inside the venue to record these shows. Unfortunately, after ‘Aloha From Hawaii’ there were no shows recorded until ‘Elvis In Concert’ in June 1977. The estate has no intentions of ever releasing it, but there are bootlegs floating around that can be purchased. The entire June 19, 1977 Omaha show is on KZitem.

@@lonmcq7317 You can cuss Parker all you want. He lived by the motto, “Always leave them wanting more!” I am just glad we have what we do. Do I want more concert footage? Absolutely.

@@mikeivey7167 I agree, friend... Parker was a dirtbag who took advantage of Elvis's trust and insecurities... He was a rotten bastard, especially after '74 or so, when it was obvious Elvis was in a vertical slide... Make no mistake, I love Elvis, but it was on the wall after that... Red and Sonny saw it coming...
