I made an Oreo cheesecake that resembles Oreo in taste and shape.
I didn't decorate Oreo cookies on it. But it Looks Oreo itself, isn’t it?
The cake sheet was made with black cocoa powder.
It is easy to make. The texture is light and tasty, so it is one of my favorite cake sheets.
When using black cocoa powder and adding salt, the taste, as well as color, is very similar to Oreo.
Because this cocoa powder has used to make Oreo.
I used Sunin Corporation's product in Korea. There are also “Van Houten” products.
If you don't have it, you can use regular cocoa powder. And you can use all-purpose flour as well as cake flour.
But instead, this dough is very watery. With a conventional oven, you will be fine.
But ... if you bake in a convection oven, the middle of batter may come out like a volcano.
Use a wet kitchen towel. Wrap it in aluminum foil and wrap it around the cake pan.

Or use cake pan strips.
And I used two 15cm pans, but you can bake in one pan. At that time, increase the baking time to about 50 minutes.
The acrylic mousse ring I used is custom-made. Usually, stainless steel mousse rings are used.
This clear acrylic pipe is convenient because I could see the cream through the clear mold.
I bought an acrylic pipe with a diameter of 160mm, a thickness of 3mm, and ordered it to be cut to a height of 7cm.

Even though I used this mousse ring in the video, the amount of the Ingredients is for a typical 15cm diameter mousse ring.
So, if you are going to use the same acrylic ring, you should increase to 1.1 times the amount of these Ingredients.
The warmer the weather, the longer it needs to set in the refrigerator. It is better if you harden at least 4 to 6 hours or a day.
And place it in the freezer for about 40 minutes before remove the mousse ring, it will help to remove it without tearing the cake.

100g cake flour or all-purpose flour
100g sugar
1g salt
30g black cocoa powder
2g baking powder
2g baking soda
1 egg (50g)
58g milk + 5g white vinegar
40g vegetable oil
40g plain yogurt
74g hot coffee (or hot water)

290g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
185g sweetened condensed milk
200g heavy cream
8g gelatin
32g ground Oreo Cookies (8 sheets)
You can increase it for your taste, but more will taste salty.
