Ingredients:
For Dahi Vada:
- 2 cup Water
- 1 cup Moriyo
- Salt to taste
- 2 small Boiled Potato (Grated)
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder (Black / White)
- Pinch of Rock Salt
- 1 tbsp Cashew
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- Oil for Frying
For Green Chutney:
- 1/4 cup Peanut
- 4-6 pieces Chopped Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
- Rock Salt as per requirement
- 1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- 1 cup Coriander
- 1/4 cup Curd
- Few Ice Cubes
For Dates- Imli Chutney:
- 1/4 Imli (soaked)
- 1/4 cup Dates (soaked)
- 1 1/2- 2 cup Water
- 2 tsp Fennel Powder
- Fennel Seeds (whole) as per requirement
- White Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 cup Sugar Powder
- Rock Salt (as per taste)
For Curd:
- 2 Cup Fresh Curd
- 1/4 Cup Sugar Powder
- Rock Salt (as per taste)
- 1/8 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
For Masala Seasoning:
- Roasted Cumin Powder
- Pepper Powder
- Rock Salt
