Farali Thalipeeth
Take a bowl and keep one Strainer and add
1/2 Cup - Sabudana
Wash 2-3 times and keep in Bowl and add
1/4 Cup - Water
And Mix and Soak for 5-6 Hours
Take a Big Bowl and add above Sabudana
2 no - Mashed Boil Potato
1/4 Cup - Roughly Crush Peanut
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp - Curry Leaves Chopped
1/4 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Salt to taste ( Sendha Salt )
1 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
3 tbsp - Sabudana Powder
1 tsp - Powder Sugar
2 tbsp - Curd
1 tsp - Lemon Juice
Mix Properly like dough
Farali Chutney
Farali Chutney:
1/2 cup - Desiccated Coconut
2 tbsp - Peanuts
2 no - Green Chillies
1 no - Less Spicy Chilli
8-10 no - Curry Leaves Chopped
1/2 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
2 tbsp - Curd
1 inch - Ginger
Salt to taste
Grind and Make a Chutney
Take the above Mixture Dough
Downside is to keep one plastic sheet and make a Round Roti or Thalipeeth but thick , Make it With Hand
Deep fingers in Oil and in Thalipeeth make whole in Middle
Take Tawa keep Thalipeeth and Make a Both the Sides and Drizzle Oil and Make a Golden
From.both the sides in Slow Flame
Serve With Chutney
