Farali Vada
Ingredients
Take a Bowl and add.
1/2 Cup - Sama Chawal (Barnyard Millet)
Wash 2-3 times Properly.
Take a Pressure Cooker and add.
1 Cup - Water
Above Wash Sama Chawal, Mix Once and add.
1 no - Potato Chopped
1/2 tsp - Salt
Mix Properly and 2 Whistle then Remove in Bowl and Mix Little and Cool Little and Press Potato with Fork and Mix Properly and from this take half in Mixture Grinder, Grind it.
Mix Everything then add.
1 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
1 tbsp - Curry Leaves Chopped
1 tbsp - Ginger Paste
Salt to taste
5-6 tbsp - Curd
4 tbsp - Crushed Peanuts
4 tbsp - Sabudana Powder
Mix Properly
Rest for 10-15 min
Farali Chutney:
1/2 cup - Desiccated Coconut
2 tbsp - Peanuts
2 no - Green Chillies
1 no - Less Spicy Chilli
8-10 no - Curry Leaves Chopped
1/2 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
2 tbsp - Curd
1 inch - Ginger
Salt to taste
Grind and Make a Chutney
From above mixture
Grease Hand with Oil
Make a Big balls from mixture and make a Vada.
Fry both the sides golden and crispy
Serve With Chutney
