Cutlets are tasty and healthy evening snacks which can be prepared with different ingredients such as potatoes, mixed vegetables etc. Even bananas are also healthy ingredients for cutlets. Here are the banana cutlets with a different method. Usually cutlets are dipped in the semolina or bread crumbs or rusk powder. But we dipped banana cutlets in the rice batter. This also tastes good as ordinary cutlets. We feel crispy outer cover and softer inner stuffings while eating them. This dish tastes good if cooked in coconut oil.
