Been wearing my Calliope loads! We had the first lamb of the season born this morning, so my nightshift will begin tonight- won’t be wearing Calliope for that 😂 Amazing how long some of that Shetland was!

Your Calliope looks great! And that long shetland wool - so pretty. Had to laugh when your "can't stop, always picking" the wool echoed your "can't stop adjusting the camera"! Also - congrats on the spinning wheel collaboration!

Love your sweater, Kim. I ended up lengthening my sweater. I had to spin more fiber. Oh well.

I am so happy t have found your channel~ I just got back into spinning on my Nano 2.0. Loving it - even with all my mistakes as I get into the spinning grove again :) do you think you'll start up your monthly fiber club again?

When your shetland fibers gets damaged in the picker (all those neps) what do you do with the stuff that isn't salvageable? Do you use it for stuffing for pillows or felting? Happy Easter!

The Shetland actually cards out just fine most of the time. With other fibers I would pass on to others for whatever they need clean waste wool for.
