Very good review video. I do think you left out one major negative (IMO) of these handlebars, which is that they are designed for 1.25 inch steerer, which is really only used on Giant TCR and a handful of other bikes. They come with a spacer for 1.125 inch steerer, but this seems suboptimal from a stiffness, complexity, and potential for noise perspective.

thanks! I've used many handlebars and stems with steerer spacers in them and as someone who rides every single day, I legitimately noticed no difference. I'd argue that if it does make a difference, it's very much marginal.

Wow! Awesome and I notice your bike is an Allez Sprint. But I don’t see the specific headset cap for Allez Sprint offered for sale on their website. Was it a custom request?

hey! glad to know you're enjoying the bars. I am indeed running a front light. I use the Garmin Varia UT800. I'm not sponsored by them, but that has been my go-to light for 4 years now.

Did you need to use the specific F1 spacer sold on the website?

Yes but it comes with the handlebars so you don't need to buy it from the website.

Any chance you could measure the (real world) stem length, bar reach, and drop for the F1S? The previous model had unique geometry, with a shorter bar reach than the spec would suggest, made up for by a longer stem section. I’m hoping this is still the case!

Hi. How did you find the stiffness. Are they uncomfortable and tiring?

honestly, surprisingly comfortable with all its stiffness!

@@StachePower You say they are stiff but suprisingly comfortable. Do you think, they would be comfortable enougf for a gravel bike? I ride with my gravel on road, and would need stiff handlebar for lots of short but steep climbs. But would also like comfortable handlebar, when doing gravel rides.

Garbage bars - had some myself. Spacers are crap and flex. Quality finishing is poor. Bolts supplied soft and work loose. Developped a crack where the cabling leads in. Annnnnddddd no warranty; customer support or help in general. Don't touch with a barge pole.

it sounds like you didn’t try to talk to them, their costumer service actually is really good. and you obviously don’t know what you’re talking about. I have no reason to defend them because the bars speak for themselves but I’ve won elite races and traveled thousands of miles with these bars and the finish hasn’t deteriorated one bit nor have the spacers moved a millimeter. but hey, you got your daily trolling out of the way, I’m glad I can be that platform for you
