Doing this everyday and will update ! Day 1 I am also doing another warm-up to get abs. Feeling the burn! Obviously, no difference yet Day 2 I try to do this twice a day. my core is burning a lot, but I do see the slightest slightest difference, I also have dance camp, where I work on my core. Day 3 I looked the same as yesterday, but it’s definitely becoming more easier!

im going to be doing this for a week straight and ill update in the comments! day 1: It was really easy but still burned! day 2: I forgot to do it today so ill do it twice tmr day 3: I forgot to do it again today bc I was sick so ill do it three times tmr day 4: I wasn't able to do it again today because I was still sick so I will do it four times tmr day 5:i did it three times today so tmr i will do it twice day 6:i wasn’t able to do it today so tmr i will to it three times, also i’m starting to notice a slight difference! day 7:i did it three times and it burned a lot! overall i see a difference thank you so much lilly!!💗

I feel so torn between Lilly and Chloe. My personal workout is a mix between the two. I love that Lilly gets right to it, while Chloe has you getting up and down. I feel like a lot of her ab routines don't really target my abs with all her exercises. This routine is prefect. I also love Lilly's music and that she's always smiling.

My new daily workout im gonna try and do this 2x a day morning and night {Like To Remind Me} Doing this until i get my results will be updating my weight weekly… Starting Weight : 173.8 Ending Weight : 171.0 Week 1 Day 1 -✅ it burnss Day 2 -✅ it burns way more than yesterday Day 3 -✅ felt the burn but not as bad as i did at yesterday 😮💨 Day 4 - ❌ I went on a walk today as my source of exercise but ill be bck tmrw Day 5 -✅ I did it and it’s starting to be less pauses in between workouts started seeing some result Day 6 -✅ 1 more day for week 1!!! Yayyy Day 7 - ✅ week 1 is finished!! I did. this workout for 2 weeks, no diet I just stopped snacking. I saw small results after 5days and by the end of the 2weeks I definitely saw the changes I didn’t quite have abs after the two weeks but I could definitely see some amazing changes.
