RECIPES IN THIS VIDEO:
EINKORN PIZZA DOUGH
1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm water - 105-115 degrees
2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil
3 1/2 cups jovial all purpose einkorn flour
Fresh herbs/spices (optional)
proof yeast in warm water for 5 mins before adding in other ingredients. knead dough until smooth. oil bowl and allow dough to rise and double in a warm spot for 1-2 hours. punch down, divide, and roll out.
HOMEMADE PIZZA SAUCE:
2 cups diced tomatoes (or 1 can organic diced tomatoes)
3-6oz tomato paste (I did 4.5)
1 tablespoon of dry oregano
Half a tablespoon of dry thyme
Half a teaspoon of sage
1 teaspoon of garlic powder with parsley
Half teaspoon of onion powder
Half a teaspoon of salt
A quarter teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
add to blender, blend to desired consistency
