I had to ‘reconstruct’ it😅 because it meant to be workout done with my son but he didn’t want to do it today🤷♀️
20 minutes that will leave you sweaty but not exhausted, however feeling pretty good👌
We had 6 sets of 2x4 moves. You can do it all body weight or you can use ankle weights and dumbbells like I did. Whatever you decide to do, go as fast as you can because it meant to help to increase your speed. Make sure you think about what you’re doing and not about whatever you’re planning to do afterwards😅 focus, so you keep the best possible form and you use the muscles you’re supposed to use.
The timer was 20s/5s and it looked as follows
High knees - squats
Side hops - suitcase squats
Side jumps - sumo deadlift squats
U shape single leg hop swap - side raise pulses
V sprints - diagonal raise pulses
Hop kicks - just kicks
I had limited space for this workout but if you can, make those jumps as long as possible🔥
